I am a full-time/full-service Realtor with a strong history in the industry and have experience with virtually every type of real estate transaction, including home buyers and sellers, new construction, foreclosures, short sales, leasing, income properties and more. My personal involvement with residential rehabs and investment properties allows me to recognize quality construction and enables me to help sellers determine the best and most cost effective improvements they can make to yield the highest potential sale price.

I believe it is my responsibility to help clients fully understand the options that are available to them in the marketplace.  I don't try to convince anyone to buy or sell a home, instead I focus on supporting them and putting in the time to help homeowners evaluate the choices so they can make an informed decision that reflects the best choice for them and their family.  I find it incredibly rewarding to get to know my client in this manner and to help them find their ideal homes.  I have sold a lot of homes and developed some really great friendships along the way!

I have been a resident in the Fox Valley area since 1992.  I currently live in the Churchill Club subdivision in Oswego since 2004.  My three children are all active in school and Oswegoland Park District, where my husband James and I have coached various sporting activities.  I also volunteer at Oswego East High.
